Project Sekai: Kowareta SEKAI to Utaenai MIKU

Set in modern day Shibuya, Ichika Hoshino, a high school girl and street musician, encounters an unknown version of Hatsune Miku after hearing a Miku song that she'd never heard before in a CD store.
